Guaranteed Commission Discount
When you purchase your home using The Kombrink Team, you will
receive a signed letter from us that guarantees you a locked in
rate of 4.5% total commission should you decide to sell down the
road.

Home Buyer Assurance Guarantee
We're so confident you'll love the home you purchase from us,
if within 1 year from the date of closing you're not happy, we
will sell it for a 1.5% listing side commission and rebate that
entire amount to you upon closing a new home. You are also
responsible for the buyer side commission, typically 2.5%.
You must agree to purchase your new home using The Kombrink Team
in order for this program to apply.
Additionally, if you lose your income within 6 months from
the date of closing your new home with The Kombrink Team, we
will sell your home under the same Home Buyer Assurance
guidelines as described above. |

Referral Incentive Program
For each closed referral received, you will receive a
¼% commission discount off of your guaranteed
rate of 4% when we sell your home, not to exceed 1.5% in total
savings. You are still responsible for the 2.5% brokerage
fee to the selling agent.
Note: All referral must close. You
will receive your discount points reward notice immediately
after the closing of your referral. |

Free Use of The Kombrink Team's Moving
Truck
As part of our ongoing client appreciation, we offer free use
of our 14 foot moving truck to help you with your moving needs.
You may also use this truck at any time for anything you may
need. |

a special discount from one of our preferred lending partners we
refer to you. |

The Kombrink Team will create and maintain a website for your
home providing you the ability to post photos of your home to
